Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive clinical services, including preventive care, reproductive health, and gynecological management. This role focuses on optimizing patient outcomes through evidence-based practice and efficient clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Assessment:
Perform medical history reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations for acute and chronic conditions.
Reproductive & Preventive Care:
Manage family planning, contraceptive device procedures, immunizations, and health screenings.
Technical Procedures:
Execute Pap smears, suturing, specimen collection, and IV infusions using sterile techniques.
Documentation & Coordination:
Utilize EHR systems (eClinicalWorks) for accurate reporting and collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists.
Patient Education:
Provide technical guidance on reproductive health, medication administration, and lifestyle modifications.
Qualifications & Skills Clinical Expertise:
Mastery of anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic protocols across adolescent and geriatric populations.
Operational Proficiency:
Skilled in venipuncture, catheterization, and the use of telehealth platforms .
Collaborative Management:
Ability to work within integrated teams, including behavioral health and case management.
Specialized Knowledge:
