Family Nurse Practitioner

This position will serve as full-time clinic Family Nurse Practitioner. Will provide oversight for clinic patients in collaboration with physician supervisor.

SUMMARY OF SERVICE DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS

Serve as Nurse Practitioner for primary care clinic patients with oversight of care for assigned patients. Assess, plan and direct care of assigned patients. Order and interpret diagnostic testing and imaging as appropriate. Coordinate home care needs with office staff. Consult with physician clinical supervisor as appropriate.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Have successfully completed and graduated from an accredited Registered Nurse program and have completed all clinical requirements. Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia. Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Georgia. Minimum of 5 years nursing experience with at least 1 years NP experience. BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred.
