Job Description

About the Practice We are a growing, community-focused medical practice located in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate primary care to a diverse patient population. We are seeking a bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (Spanish and English) to join our team. This position is ideal for a new graduate seeking mentorship and structured training in a supportive clinical environment. Experienced practitioners are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. Perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications in accordance with Georgia state regulations. Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Communicate effectively with patients and families in both Spanish and English , including education on preventive care, chronic disease management, and treatment plans. Document accurately and efficiently using the eClinicalWorks (ECW) electronic medical record system. Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Active Georgia RN and APRN license (or eligibility prior to start date). DEA registration or eligibility prior to start date. Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred). Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a collaborative environment. New graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary range of $95,000 to $115,000 for full-time positions . Part-time compensation will be determined based on hours worked. Malpractice insurance coverage provided. Flexible scheduling options available for full-time or part-time positions. Schedule Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling. $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
