Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing primary care practice.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an Adult Primary Care Provider Ability to independently manage patient care with MD oversight as needed Experience treating and managing chronic conditions, including:
Hypertension Diabetes Hyperlipidemia Heart Disease COPD Position Details:
Full-time position Monday through Friday No weekends
Hours:
8:30 AM - 5:00
