Description:
a Spirit Hospice Nurse Practitioner balances expert-level compassion with a competency for end of life signs/symptoms (yes, we laugh and cry here). If you're a pro at navigating end-of-life care with grace and empathy, you might be our kind of people. You'll be the clinical anchor for patients and families, helping them feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. We value teamwork, communication, snacks in the breakroom during IDT, and most importantly heart. If you're passionate about providing exceptional care while working with a team that actually utilizes teamwork, we'd love to meet you.
Position Requirements:
