Job Description

Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) Healthcare - Clinical Savannah, Georgia Direct Hire May 11, 2026 ExecuSource has partnered with an Orthopedic and Interventional Pain Management group and we are assisting them on a search for an NP/PA for their office in Savannah, GA. This is a direct-hire/permanent opportunity and the Hiring Manager is actively interviewing!
Responsibilities:
Examinations of patients and their medical records Ordering/analyzing diagnostic tests Treating patients chronic pain and injuries Prescribing medications
Skills:
Experience as an NP/PA in a hospital, clinic, or ER setting Proficient in primary care, acute care, and chronic care practices Expertise in health and patient care regulations Strong communication skills and ethics Ability to work autonomously
Requirements:
Candidates must have a working knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, with knowledge in spinal pathology, including the management of herniated discs, radiculopathy, facet-mediated pain syndromes, medication management, and physical therapy oversight. Also, experience with joint injections, trigger point injections, PRP, Regenerative Medicine, and IV supplementation are required. Finally, candidates should be comfortable working with alternative health practitioners and reviewing MRI findings with patients.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. No weekends or on call Our client requires a week of training at their corporate office in FL. All expenses will be covered Great benefits including: Malpractice coverage, 401K match, CE stipends
Salary:
Starts at $120K, based on experience #HC123
