We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to be an integral part of our compassionate team, focused on delivering comprehensive mental health care.

The Opportunity:

Psychiatric NP/PA Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments, including patient history, mental status examinations, and physiological evaluations. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers. Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitor patient responses, and educate patients on medication adherence and side effects. Provide psychotherapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to each patient's needs. Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in clinical research initiatives related to behavioral health or pharmacology to advance treatment methodologies.

Skills Elevate Patient Care:

Conduct advanced psychiatric evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe and manage medication, and provide crucial patient education. Collaborate closely with Dr. Singareddy and our supportive staff to ensure seamless, high-quality care.

Ideal Candidate:

GA-licensed Psychiatric NP/PA with strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit. A minimum of 3 years of psychiatric experience is preferred. Korean/English bilingual candidates strongly preferred Strong knowledge of psychiatric medications, psychopharmacology, and medication administration protocols. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth for efficient medical documentation and patient management. Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, mental status exams, and physiological evaluations. Skilled in crisis intervention techniques such as triage and acute pain management in emergency or urgent care settings. Experience with telehealth platforms to provide remote psychiatric consultations effectively. Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding for billing purposes, ICD coding for diagnoses (ICD-10), and Workers' Compensation law related to occupational health cases.
