Nurse Practitioner/Physicians Assistant - Vidalia/Swainsboro

Mid-Level Pain Management Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant) We are looking for a Pain Management Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive care to patients suffering from chronic pain. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pain medicine and be able to diagnose and treat a variety of conditions. The ideal candidate will be highly knowledgeable in the latest treatments and technologies related to pain management, as well as have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with patients. Our practice has four locations. This role will be based in Hinesville, GA with rare travel.

Requirements:

Licensure:

Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant Active DEA number 2-5+ years of experience preferred, specifically in pain management eClinicalWorks experience a plus

Responsibilities:

Administer dispense medication under direction of physician. Maintain detailed medical records including but not limited to medication records, progress notes, etc. Observe and provide accurate information to patient and staff regarding symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment options. Provide counseling/treatment services to patients according to the clinic's protocol.
