  • Full-time Underground Strength and Wellness Clinic is seeking a full-time licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a new clinic location with Underground Strength and Wellness Clinic. You will have the chance to work with a high degree of autonomy in a low-stress environment. A collaborative agreement will outline the scope of practice and prescriptive authority. Your primary responsibilities will be to provide medical oversight to patients, identify and offer therapies for disorders related to hormone deficiencies, and formulate treatment plans. This will include diagnosis, counseling/patient education, and offering hormone replacement therapy treatments. Duties will include prescribing hormone-based therapies, peptide therapy, prescription weight loss medications and treatments, ordering and interpreting lab work, and administration of other offered services (IM vitamin injections and IV hydration). Other occasional duties may include answering clinic phone calls and checking out patients using point-of-sale technology.
The ideal candidate must:
Be comfortable with a high degree of autonomy and prescribing hormone therapy for both men and women in a direct-pay wellness clinic. Training will be provided. Possess strong interpersonal skills, excel in team-based settings, and provide excellent customer service. Previous experience in hormone replacement is preferred but not required.
Other requirements:
Must have an active NP license in Georgia and hold a current license to practice. NPI
  • DEA license (Preferred) Proficient with phlebotomy and IV catheter insertion.
Knowledge on EHR systems and computer-based data management programs Ability to communicate effectively, in verbal and written form, with retail and medical partners at various levels, patients, family members, physicians and representatives of the community. Sound understanding of all federal and state regulations including HIPPA and OSHA.
