Full Job Description Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our family practice / walk-in clinic team. This provider will deliver high-quality primary and urgent care services in a fast-paced outpatient setting focused on accessible, efficient, and personalized patient care. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, team-oriented, and comfortable treating patients of all ages in both scheduled and walk-in environments. Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & Clinical Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, minor injuries, and chronic medical conditions Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and lab results Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans Provide preventive care, wellness exams, and patient education Perform minor in-office procedures as appropriate Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR Collaboration & Clinic Support Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and front office personnel Support efficient patient flow in both scheduled and walk-in settings Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, and continuity of treatment Assist in maintaining a positive and patient-centered clinic environment Compliance & Quality Ensure compliance with clinic policies, HIPAA standards, and clinical guidelines Maintain current licensure, certifications, and credentialing requirements Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Georgia (or ability to obtain) Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred DEA license and prescriptive authority required Experience in family medicine, urgent care, or primary care preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Key Attributes Friendly, compassionate, and patient-centered demeanor Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Committed to providing high-quality, accessible patient care

Pay:
