- Join a respected, locally rooted healthcare organization About the Role As a Wound Care NP, you will provide advanced, in-clinic wound care for patients with injuries from surgical procedures, chronic conditions, and acute trauma.
What You'll Do:
Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide advanced wound care treatments and interventions Educate patients and families on wound care, prevention, and healing strategies Monitor progress and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes Accurately document all care in compliance with HIPAA standards Collaborate with supervising physicians and coordinate overall patient care Serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare teamsQualifications:
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Hawaiʻi BSN degree required CurrentCPR & BLS
certifications Wound care certification and/or relevant clinical experience Background in inpatient, post-acute, or palliative care (preferred) Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordPosition Details:
