Certification Diagnostic evaluation Basic life support Clinical documentation DEA License Patient interaction Patient charting Managing patient records Full Job Description Job Summary Join the team at Hawaii Wellness Clinic as a Nurse Practitioner and help deliver advanced, patient-centered care focused on wellness, regenerative medicine, metabolic health, pain management, and longevity optimization. The clinic provides innovative therapies including regenerative joint treatments, biologic cell therapy, PRP, peptide therapy, hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, NAD+ therapy, ketamine therapy, and medical weight loss programs. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated provider who is passionate about preventative and regenerative medicine and dedicated to helping patients improve their quality of life through personalized treatment plans and evidence-based therapies. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, consultations, and follow-up appointments Develop individualized treatment plans focused on wellness, regenerative medicine, metabolic optimization, and preventative care Order, review, and interpret laboratory testing and diagnostic studies Prescribe and manage medications, supplements, peptides, hormone therapies, and wellness protocols within scope of practice Provide care related to hormone optimization, medical weight loss, IV therapy, regenerative medicine, and longevity-focused treatments Perform and oversee injections and regenerative procedures including PRP, biologic therapies, trigger point injections, and other in-office treatments as appropriate Educate patients on treatment plans, nutrition, lifestyle modifications, recovery protocols, and long-term wellness goals Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans based on clinical progress and lab findings Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Ensure all patient care activities remain HIPAA compliant and adhere to state and federal regulations Collaboration & Leadership Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff to support efficient clinic operations Contribute to a positive, patient-centered, and team-oriented clinic culture Assist with protocol development, patient education resources, and workflow optimization Maintain a high standard of professionalism, patient safety, and clinical excellence Requirements Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Hawaii Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology NP (AGNP), or related specialty Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority preferred Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Orthopedic, sports medicine, pain management, or musculoskeletal care experience strongly preferred Experience in wellness, functional medicine, regenerative medicine, hormone optimization, or medical weight loss preferred Familiarity with regenerative therapies including PRP, biologics, peptides, IV therapy, and hormone replacement therapy is a plus Strong understanding of musculoskeletal assessments, joint conditions, and non-surgical treatment approaches Familiarity with EHR systems and medical documentation practices Excellent communication and patient relationship-building skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team Passion for innovative medicine, longevity, recovery, and optimizing patient outcomes
