Job Overview We are seeking a highly qualified Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. This role involves providing comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and adults. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in psychiatric care, including behavioral health, psychopharmacology, and crisis intervention. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is essential. The Nurse Practitioner will work in an outpatient setting ensuring high-quality patient-centered care while adhering to HIPAA and NCQA standards. Duties Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Prescribe medications and manage psychopharmacological treatments with expertise in psychotropic agents and medication administration protocols. Utilize diagnostic tools including laboratory testing, medical imaging, and medical records review to inform clinical decisions.
