We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice and become an integral part of our healthcare family. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness. Provide preventive care, annual wellness visits, and chronic disease management. Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle modification, weight management, hormone health, and disease prevention. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records. Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Stay current with evidence-based medical practices and emerging treatment options. Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner license in Idaho or ability to obtain licensure. Active DEA registration. Experience in primary care, family medicine, women's health, internal medicine, urgent care, or functional medicine preferred. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and patient education abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
