Job Description

Join a Growing Practice That's Redefining Healthcare Restore Functional Medicine is seeking a compassionate, curious, and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. We believe healthcare should be personal, proactive, and focused on finding the root cause—not simply managing symptoms. Our practice blends comprehensive primary care with functional medicine, longevity medicine, peptide therapies, metabolic health, weight management, and chronic disease care to help patients achieve lasting wellness. We're looking for a provider who is passionate about building meaningful patient relationships, loves learning, and wants the opportunity to practice medicine in a way that allows for deeper investigation, individualized care, and true clinical impact. Functional medicine experience is strongly preferred. Certification is a plus, but we are also excited to connect with clinicians who have a genuine interest in the functional medicine approach and are committed to continued growth and education. What You'll Love About Working Here Practice medicine with purpose and autonomy Longer visits and meaningful patient relationships Collaborative and supportive team environment Diverse patient population, from pediatrics through geriatrics Opportunity to expand your knowledge in functional medicine, longevity medicine, peptides, metabolic health, and advanced therapeutics Growing practice with strong community demand A team culture that values innovation, learning, and patient-centered care Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care and functional medicine services to patients across the lifespan Perform detailed health assessments, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing both conventional and functional medicine principles Order, interpret, and review laboratory testing and diagnostic studies Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate Administer injections and perform in-office procedures within scope of practice Educate and empower patients through lifestyle, nutrition, and preventive health counseling Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Idaho Board certification as an NP or PA Primary care experience preferred Functional medicine training, certification, or experience preferred Excellent communication and patient education skills Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently Comfortable with technology and electronic health records Passion for helping patients achieve optimal health through a root-cause approach Position Details In-person position 1099 contractor opportunity Flexible schedule options available Competitive compensation based on experience At Restore Functional Medicine, we're not simply filling a position—we're looking for a provider who wants to grow with us, serve our community, and help shape the future of patient-centered healthcare.
