Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for expanding into pain management services. This role will involve assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with pain-related conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Assessment and Care:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide appropriate treatment plans. Collaborate with patients to develop wellness programs, including lifestyle modification, nutrition counseling, and exercise recommendations. Educate patients on preventive health measures and the importance of a balanced lifestyle in managing pain and overall health.

Patient Education and Support:

Educate patients and their families about treatment options, wellness strategies, and aesthetic procedures. Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure effective care.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.

Documentation and Compliance:

Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Nursing and a current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license. Unrestricted DEA, required. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
