Job Title:
Hormone Replacement Nurse Practitioner (Functional Medicine / Holistic Wellness)
Location:
Meridian Idaho Clinic 2102 W Everest Ln Ste 100 Meridian Idaho 83646
Schedule:
Part-time (2 days/week to start, increasing to 3-4 days/week)
Compensation:
$70/hr + annual productivity bonuses based on profitability

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Nurse Practitioner with a background in hormone replacement therapy to join our team. The ideal candidate is functional medicine-minded, holistic in approach, and enthusiastic about helping patients achieve their optimal health and wellness. Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including hormonal, metabolic, and wellness evaluations. Develop and manage personalized hormone replacement and wellness treatment plans. Provide telehealth and in-person consultations for hormone optimization, weight management, and overall wellness. Collaborate with the care team to implement functional medicine-based protocols, including peptides (Seeds protocols). Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in eClinicalWorks EMR. Educate and empower patients to make sustainable lifestyle and wellness changes.
Qualifications:
Active Nurse Practitioner license with clinical experience in hormone replacement therapy required. Functional medicine or holistic wellness background strongly preferred. Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR preferred. Excellent patient communication and care coordination skills. Passionate about helping patients optimize health, hormones, and wellness.
