JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses:

Active IL Nurse Practitioner license required

Board:

Board Certified (ANCC or AANP or equivalent)

DEA:

Active DEA with Illinois address required

Certifications:

ACLS, ATLS, PALS

required

Experience:

Clinical experience within the past year (new grads considered)

Other Qualifications:

Illinois Controlled Substance Registration required; collaborative agreement with physician required

• Provide emergency medical care to patients across all age groups
• Perform assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and emergency care team
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with protocols
• Adhere to patient safety and quality standards
