  • $114,744 annually with no cap on productivity income potential What You'll Do Deliver mental health care to residents in skilled nursing/long-term care Collaborate with care teams to craft treatment plans that work Provide follow-up and continuity of care that makes a different What You'll Need Active PMHNP or Psych-PA license in Illinois with ability to practice and bill independently DEA license preferred Strong diagnostic skills A genuine passion for helping older adults thrive Ready to step into a role with impact and balance?
