Opportunity:

Join and collaborate with experienced Family Practice Physicians to manage shared patient panel Provide care of established patients for treatment and management of both acute and chronic conditions Hours are Monday-Friday;

No Call Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited MSN program Current

IL RN & APRN

license Current IL DEA CPR Certification or other certifications as required

Compensation:
