Job Description

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a role in Dwight, IL. Will provide care for acute and chronic conditions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive exams and preventative care for adults Treatment of acute and chronic health conditions. Conducts histories and physical examinations and prescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards. Develops treatment plans in collaboration with patients; educates and advises on medical issues as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) Current FNP certified DEA Certified

JOB DETAILS

160-172K + medical/dental/vision benefits for full-time providers Rotating weeks: Monday Friday, 8a 5p and Wednesday Sunday, 8am
