Job Description

Work Dates Needed:
2/25/2026-3/26/2026 with possible extension
Preferred Schedule:
Wednesdays and Thursdays. Hours are 6a-5p.
Worksite Setting:
Outpatient Health Clinic Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
Active IL license, IL CSR, BLS, DEA and DOT certification preferred
EMR:
EPIC Pay Rate Preferred:
$75-$80 per hour
