We're seeking a dedicated professional to provide psychiatric medication management and therapy, working closely with our team and partnering facilities to deliver exceptional care. What You'll Do Assess and manage patients' mental health needs, ensuring personalized, high-quality care. Prescribe and manage medications under the guidance of a supervising psychiatrist. Conduct mental health evaluations and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with nursing home staff to address health concerns and foster a supportive environment. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records. Build trust and compassion with patients, promoting recovery and well-being.

Your Skills and Experience Required :

Active Nurse Practitioner license with at least 1 year of experience . Strong knowledge of medical guidelines, procedures, and patient care standards. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills. A caring and collaborative mindset. Preferred but

Not Required :
