Job Description

AllShifts is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a 13-week contract at a long term care facility. We are looking for an NP to travel between clinics to assist patients with wound care appts. You will be provided an Medical Assistant/Driver to transport you in the company vehicle to appointments. This is a temp-perm opportunity working 3-4 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams Diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed Document care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements:
Active Nurse Practitioner State License Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, hospital, or outpatient settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills
Pay:
$75.00 per hour
