Headquartered in Chicago, IL, we currently operate in over 10 states and are rapidly expanding throughout the USA. The Position As we continue to grow, we are looking for full-time nurse practitioners to provide care for the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting. Our nurse practitioner positions can include: Work-life balance with weekday schedules Competitive salary plus uncapped bonus compensation or fee for service options Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance available 3 weeks PTO, 6 paid holidays, 1 day for education & seminar Malpractice & Tail insurance provided Steady patient referral flow 401k with company match CEU opportunities Paid licensure renewals Supportive management team $3,000 referral bonus
