Job Description

Franciscan Health Olympia Fields Hospital in Illinois is seeking a dedicated Immediate Care Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant) to join our growing team!
Position Highlights:
Provide exceptional immedate/urgent care for minor illnesses, acute conditions, and walk-in patients of all ages in a modern outpatient setting. Perform evaluations, diagnostics, treatments, procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting, minor procedures), and patient education with full scope of practice support. Enjoy flexible scheduling , predictable volume, and a collaborative teamof physicians and staff focused on quality and efficiency. Competitive compensation package including base salary, productivity incentives, comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement), malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and generous PTO. Qualifications Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (Family or Acute Care) or Physician Assistant. Current Illinois license (or eligibility) and DEA. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Urgent Care, Immediate Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Practice strongly preferred. Passion for patient-centered care and thriving in a fast-paced environment. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
