One provider will be required to float between all locations. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing outpatient urology practice. The provider will deliver comprehensive urologic care in a supportive clinical environment with ongoing physician support. This role offers a weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities. Training will be provided for urology-specific procedures and protocols, making this an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and new graduates interested in the field of urology. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient urologic care. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common urologic conditions.
Manage conditions such as:
Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) Urinary incontinence Erectile dysfunction Kidney stones Low testosterone Recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs) Assist with urologic cancer surveillance and coordinate patient care with physicians. Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Follow established clinical protocols and practice guidelines. Qualifications Licensed or license-eligible Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Illinois. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in urology; prior experience is not required. Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff. New graduates are welcome to apply.
