General (NP) UW Health - 3.5 Rockford, IL Job Details 21 hours ago Qualifications CPR Certification Nursing RN License BLS Certification APRN Master's degree DEA License Advanced practice provider Nursing Full Job Description Qualifications Completion of a master's level advanced practice nurse program. Required Work Experience Licenses & Certifications Current license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois, either the Adult (APRN-ANP), Adult/Gerontology Acute Care (AGACNP), or the Adult/Gerontology Primary Care (AGPCNP) specialty. Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by a national certifying body as approved by the Illinois Department of Regulation APRN Board. Required Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois. Required Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
Required Hospital Only:
Bi-annual CPR certification, which is required to be renewed by the recommended renewal date as stated on the card.
