  • 10a-4p, Thurs
  • 10-6p, No Fri.
Basic primary and acute care to employees and their families, ages 3+ 8-10 patients per day No workers comp/occ med MA staffed $90 per hour Paid malpractice Paid shadow training Requirements Must have IL license Must be BC Must have 2+ years experience in primary care as an FNP Clean background
