We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. Essential Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive and problem-focused history and physical examinations Interpret laboratory and diagnostic findings to establish diagnoses and treatment plans Order and perform diagnostic procedures Implement therapeutic interventions for acute and chronic conditions Collaborate with providers to coordinate and administer patient care Provide services including: Joint and soft tissue injections Neuropathy injections Ultrasound-guided injections Management of weight loss and hormone therapy patients Regenerative medicine procedures Bracing and DME ordering/dispensing Co-manage rehabilitation therapy plans with the clinical team Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant medical documentation Ensure accurate coding and billing compliance Effectively lead and manage clinical support staff Inspire and support patients throughout their healthcare journey Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner certification/license required Full Practice Authority preferred but not required Experience in primary care, physical medicine, orthopedics, rehabilitation, functional medicine, or integrative medicine preferred but not required Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Proficiency with EHR systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong time management and organizational abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment High degree of professionalism, accountability, and initiative Benefits Health insurance Malpractice insurance Paid time off Flexible scheduling Schedule Monday through Friday In-person position
