Job Description

Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts - Mental Health and Addiction Recovery We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts to join our compassionate mental health and addiction recovery team. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives by providing expert clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations within a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical supervision to team members and ensure quality care delivery Independently conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of consumers Certify psychiatric diagnoses in accordance with professional standards Recommend appropriate treatment plans for consumers with mental health conditions Advocate for necessary medical or remedial services to reduce disabilities and restore maximum functioning Complete all required ongoing staff training via Relias Learning platform Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the
Executive Director Skills and Qualifications:
Licensed Physician or advanced practice nurse with a psychiatric specialty Valid and current license to practice as a healthcare provider in the relevant jurisdiction Proven experience in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Strong knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses and treatment modalities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to ongoing professional development and training Join our organization and be part of a supportive culture that values growth, innovation, and compassionate care.
