Nurse Practitioner Full-Time | Carmel, IN

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join a growing rehabilitation-focused healthcare team in Carmel, Indiana . This role offers an opportunity to work in a patient-centered environment focused on delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct physical examinations and patient assessments Diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans Prescribe medications as appropriate Create and manage patient care plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Provide patient education and counseling

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner qualification/licensure Prior experience in psychiatry or rehabilitation settings preferred Strong patient care and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
