IN - NP shifts in Kokomo - May 27-June 18. Job in Kokomo Gr8Jobs

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for May 27 & 28 and June 1, 3, 4, 8, 10, 11, 15, 17, & 18 at their Corporate Health clinic in Kokomo, IN. Provider will see ages 2+ for acute episodic care, ages 5-12 for sports/camp physicals, and ages 12+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Dispensary onsite for ages 12 and up. Hours are Monday 7:00am-4:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break, Wednesday 1:00pm-5:00pm, and Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Shifts are available on Tuesday, Wednesday morning, & Friday at sister clinic in Arcadia (30 minutes away), and Client prefers provider who can work both sites. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. DEA is preferred.
