POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a part-time, onsite adult Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a Residential Detox Facility in Lawrence, Kansas. This part-time weekday role (currently 15-20 hours a week) involves providing medical evaluations and treatment of patients at a facility with a census of 20 patients and increasing. _____________

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. 15-20 hours per week, with room to grow into a full-time role as the census grows. On-Call 24/7 coverage, Monday - Fridays.

Mandatory Monday Treatment Team:

roughly 3-4:30pm. _____________

QUALIFICATIONS

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), experienced working with SUD patients in detox or residential settings. Strong clinical skills with a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Active Unrestricted License in the State of Kansas. Active DEA in Kansas. _____________
