In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive primary care services across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and adult patients. Your expertise will help promote health, prevent disease, and manage acute and chronic conditions in a variety of clinical settings. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations, review vital signs, and medical history to determine health status and needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and current clinical guidelines. Perform procedures such as suturing, I&Ds, IV insertion, EKG interpretation Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Tebra or Charm for accurate documentation of patient encounters, diagnoses

ICD-10, CPT

coding, and medical records management. Provide health coaching on topics like nutrition, family planning, chronic conditions such as diabetes and hyperlipidemia education Qualifications Must have an active unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License in the state of Kansas DEA License in the state of Kansas•schedule 2-5 without collaboration Experience in primary care, urgent care, weight loss GLP preferred Strong communication and patient engagement skills Ability to work independently in a small clinic setting, solo provider work flow Schedule Choose between two shifts: Monday-Friday from 8a-6p

from 8a-6p and Sat from 8a-2p Compensation Salary $120k•135k (depending on experience) Looking for immediate hire to start the credentialing process. Anticipated start date upon credentialing completion: 9/14/26
