Job Description
Nurse Practitioner - Women's Health, Wellness & Medical Aesthetics We are a growing women's health and medical spa practice seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This position is ideal for a provider who is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness through personalized care. The ideal candidate will have experience in women's health , weight management , hormone optimization , and/or medical aesthetics , and will be comfortable providing comprehensive consultations and ongoing wellness care. Responsibilities Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans Manage weight loss and wellness programs Assess and treat hormone-related concerns Educate patients on treatment options and lifestyle modifications Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure exceptional patient care Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, patient confidentiality, and clinical excellence Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner license in Kansas Women's health experience preferred Experience in weight loss management, hormone replacement therapy, and/or medical aesthetics strongly preferred Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough documentation Ability to build rapport and establish long-term patient relationships Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to grow within a thriving women's health and wellness practice Consistent patient schedule If you are passionate about empowering women through health, wellness, and aesthetic medicine, we would love to hear from you.
