Job Description

Client seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for June 22, 23, 24, & 25 at their onsite Corporate Health clinic in Bowling Green, KY. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and Occupational Health. Hours are Monday & Thursday 6:00am-2:30pm, Tuesday 12:00pm-8:00pm, and Wednesday 7:30am-3:30pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break. Clinic is also staffed by an RN and MA. Clinic averages 8-10 primary/acute care patients per day and 1 minor injury per month. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience to be considered for this assignment.
