Become a Compensation & Pension (C&P) Provider A structured, evaluation-only role—no patient panel, no follow-ups, no prescribing. Providence Medical LLC is a subcontractor supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in administering Compensation & Pension (C&P) disability exams for veterans. All exams are conducted in a private, professional office setting with a consistent, organized workflow. What You'll Do Conduct one-time C&P disability exams for veterans Review medical records and medical history Perform focused physical exams Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) Provide objective, evidence-based medical opinions Why This Role Stands Out No patient panel / no follow-ups No prescribing or treatment management Predictable, low-burnout workflow Flexible schedule (2-5 days per week) No weekends or federal holidays Private office environment (non-hospital setting) Independent 1099 contractor role Compensation Competitive per-exam compensation model Most providers earn a minimum of $80/hour, with higher earnings based on volume and productivity Consistent scheduling once onboarded Requirements (Strict) Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (Board Certified) Active, unrestricted Kentucky license Minimum 2+ years of

experience required Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Ability to provide objective, evidence-based medical opinions Preferred (Not Required) Prior C&P exam experience Experience with Department of Defense or VA systems Military background Location Must currently reside in or near Lexington, KY Start Timeline Ability to begin within 2-4 weeks preferred
