In-person Full Job Description Getwell Healthsystems is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Pain Management practice in the Downtown Louisville Metro Area on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care, assist with treatment planning, and support patients experiencing chronic and acute pain conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider looking to work in a collaborative and patient-focused clinical environment. Responsibilities Perform patient assessments, evaluations, and follow-up visits Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice Maintain accurate patient documentation in EMR systems Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and pain management strategies Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies Qualifications Active Kentucky Nurse Practitioner license required Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner required DEA license preferred Previous experience in Pain Management preferred Strong communication and clinical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team EMR experience preferred Schedule Part-time Flexible scheduleExperience Nurse Practitioner:
