Job Responsibilities:

Conducts psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Conducts assessments independently. Prescribes appropriate psychiatric medication and orders appropriate diagnostic laboratory test. Completes and maintains accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed by the state of Kentucky's licensing board to practice as a PMHNP
• Active malpractice insurance Compensation
• Annual salary $150,000 -$200,000
• Credentialing

Collaborative Pay:

$150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
