Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing clinical team. This provider will play a critical role in delivering high-quality primary care services in a rural setting while helping shape an innovative model of care for vulnerable populations. This is an opportunity to step into a foundational role within a new clinic with strong leadership support, clinical autonomy, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in the community. Requirements:

Qualifications Active and unrestricted Kentucky APRN license Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology NP DEA license (or ability to obtain) Experience in primary care, rural health, or underserved populations preferred Experience with individuals with I/DD is a strong plus Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
