Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and patient focused part- time Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing evidence based, high quality primary care services while building meaningful relationships with patients and the community.
Job Types:
Part-Time Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients. Access, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions. Perform preventative health screenings, wellness exams, and follow-up care. Collaborate with other physicians, behavioral health providers, nurses, and team members. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient centered programs.
Experience:
Relevant experience: 3 years (Preferred) EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred) Nurse practitioner: 3 years (Preferred)
License:
Active NP (Required) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) (Preferred) Current BLS certification
Language:
Spanish (Preferred, but not required)
