Provide advanced practice nursing care in collaboration with physicians Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients across inpatient and outpatient settings Focus on complex cases, including cardiovascular and advanced heart failure patients Practice autonomously within Louisiana scope-of-practice guidelines Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based careHow You'll Drive Our Mission Forward:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and daily rounds Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient response Educate patients and families on conditions and care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Participate in quality improvement and clinical initiatives Respond to acute changes and support emergency interventions Enhance outcomes for high-risk and chronic disease populations What Makes You aGreat Match:
