• Permanent, Full-time Gameday Men's Health Clinic is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team.

Gameday is the fastest growing network of men's health clinics specializing in testosterone replacement therapy, erectile disfunction, weight management, peptides, and overall men's wellness. At Gameday, we have in-house labs and do most patient testing on site, with the Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, treatment plans, and ongoing management of various health care conditions. Men want fast appointments and efficient care and we deliver both. Gameday Lafayette is excited to welcome the ideal candidate with at least 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience to our growing team. Erectile Dysfunction treatment (shockwave therapy and P-shots) experience is a plus! Gameday Nurse Practitioner will exhibit exceptional skills and/or a willingness to be trained in the following areas:

Testosterone Replacement:

Evaluating patients for low testosterone and, and under the supervision of a physician, prescribing testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels.

Erectile Disfunction:
