What You'll Do:

Deliver comprehensive primary care. Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions. Work closely with clinical staff, behavioral health staff, and care coordinators to promote whole-person care. Serve with dignity and compassion in high-need, underserved communities.

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Family or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Louisiana. Full prescriptive authority. At least 2 years of NP experience in a primary care or community health setting.
