Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established, patient-centered family medicine practice serving the communities of Amherst and Northampton, Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity to practice within an integrative, holistic care model that incorporates primary care, behavioral health, chiropractic services, acupuncture, and additional therapeutic services. Family medicine setting serving patients across the lifespan (newborn through geriatrics) Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment Integrative approach to care, emphasizing whole-person wellness
Position Highlights:
Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule No weekends required One flexible weekday evening shift (until 6:00 PM) Collaborate with a diverse team by working across both of our clinic locations
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $130,000 - $165,000, based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages Perform assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers including behavioral health, chiropractic, and complementary care specialists Promote preventive care and chronic disease management Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain) Experience in family medicine or primary care preferred Commitment to patient-centered, integrative care Strong communication and teamwork skills
