Job Summary Seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the Hospital Medicine teams at two locations . This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative inpatient environment within a nationally recognized Massachusetts healthcare system. Why Join Us?

Work one-on-one with a team of physicians delivering a wide range of inpatient medical services Comprehensive inpatient care: Participate in rounding, admissions, and cross-coverage for hospitalized patients Meaningful impact: Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions, develop treatment plans, and counsel patients and families System strength: Be part of one of Massachusetts leading healthcare organizations Recognized excellence: Work at hospitals known nationally for high-quality patient care Key Responsibilities Perform inpatient rounding and admissions Provide cross-coverage for hospitalized patients Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams Qualifications Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification Minimum of 1 year of Advanced Practice experience in Hospital Medicine, Critical Care, or a related inpatient specialty Strong clinical decision-making and teamwork skills Compensation Annual salary range: $140,192 $190,632 Compensation is based on experience, education, training, certifications, geographic location, and job responsibilities, in accordance with applicable laws.
