This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner who values continuity of care, strong patient relationships, and a supportive small-team environment. Our practice model allows for longer visits, stronger continuity, and a more patient-focused experience than traditional insurance-based primary care while seeing fewer patients on a daily basis. Responsibilities Provide high-quality primary care services including acute visits, chronic disease management, preventive care, and follow-ups Perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans Order and interpret labs and diagnostic testing Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans Document visits and clinical notes in the EHR (AtlasMD) Coordinate care with specialists, imaging centers, and hospitals when needed Communicate with patients professionally by phone and secure messaging/texting when appropriate Work collaboratively with the physician owner, clinical team, and administrative staff Qualifications Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license (required) Board certified (AANP or ANCC) Primary care experience strongly preferred (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care) Strong communication and documentation skills Professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently within a small team DEA license preferred (or ability to obtain) Position Details Monday-Friday schedule, 9:00 AM
