As soon as credentialed (typically within 1 month) Position Summary A well-established outpatient primary care practice seeking an experienced Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a full-time position focused on bread-and-butter adult family medicine. This is an excellent opportunity for an independent provider who enjoys working in a supportive, team-oriented environment with strong staff support and modern tools. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients (ages 17+) Manage 18-20 patients per day in an outpatient setting Handle routine acute and chronic care management Collaborate with LCSWs, dedicated Medical Assistants, and bilingual nursing staff Participate in weekly team meetings (1 hour on Wednesdays) Document efficiently in
EPIC EMR
with AI-powered assistance (Nabla)
Schedule Core Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (37.5 clinical hours/week)
Built-in Admin Time:
4 hours per week
Saturday Rotation:
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (as scheduled) No Call Requirements Nurse Practitioner certification Minimum 1 year of experience as an NP Ability to practice independently - no supervision required Spanish-speaking is a significant plus Comfortable with adult patients (no pediatric NPs)

5 days + $900 allowance (increases to $1,200 after 3 years)
