Job Description

Permanent Adult Nurse Practitioner or FNP Full-Time•
Holyoke Health Center Holyoke, MA Position:
Fulltime w/ benefits
Start Date:
As soon as credentialed (1 month timeframe)
Schedule:
37.5 hours/week, 9a-4:30p, 4 hours admin time/week, 1 hour of meeting time on Wednesdays. Have Saturday hours 9a-1p
Call:
No call Patients per day: 18-20
Age Range:
Adults 17+
Case Types:
Bread-and-butter family medicine in an outpatient setting.
Support:
LCSWs, Medical assistants (Each provider has their own MA) 2-3 nurses per team, dont have a dedicated nurse but do have a dedicated MA All nurses are bilingual
Compensation:
$149,000/year, 2nd year: $133K with productivity bonus/RVU, 20k is most definitely possible for an average producer EPIC
  • emr, also have AI support (nabla) 20 vacation days, 5 CME days plus money, $900 to CME Based on number of years
  • more than 3 years, CME money increases to $1200 After 5 years, eligible for 3 week sabbatical They have a residency program
  • minimum of 1 year experience, if not more. Ideal candidate will be independent
  • no supervision necessary.
